As usual, back to work after CNY = lotsa lohei. This particular restaurant surprised me with Kong Bah Bao! Been a while since I ate this. Rare dish.

Last week of 2011: i went on leave to do spring cleaning for CNY
(did it earlier cuz i’ll be away for a 2 weeks holiday right before CNY)
Every evening, it would be Den Den’s time.
Time for me to bring him to playground for his daily fun.
1st was just a playground near my block.
2nd was a playground at least 10 mins away from my block.
well, i simply sat somewhere to watch him have his own fun.
growing up years of a kid are the best time.
like most of you know, i’ve nvr been a TV person (i meant the sort who can watch anything & everything)
of course, i do watch some drama series especially those with handsome actors!
currently watching:
- Taiwanese drama ‘拜金女王’ staring Vanness Wu
- Korean variety show ‘Running Man’
Running Man is super funny! the kind of tricks that they play & etc, simply leaves one laughing til he/she is in knots.

New Year Eve party at Mono Karaoke Bar was full of little incidents.
- unable to get a cab off the road so called for cab.
- was told no entry for men in bermuda upon arrival. had to pay a deposit of $50 to rent a pair of long pants.
after the initial unhappiness, Macallan 12 yrs took control of the entire party situation. haha..
then Macallan 12 yrs took over my consciousness.
somehow Mr J dragged me outta the place.
hijacked a young chap’s cab to share cuz he’s also going in the west direction.
puking goes on from waiting-for-cab, while-in-the-cab to arrival-at-destination.
i only recalled Mr J scolding the taxi uncle.
that’s cuz he was nagging non-stop at the young chap for helping his friends to call cab and him to allow us to share cab with him.
Then the next thing i knew, was waking up in my party clothes. watch gone. hair in a mess.
now WHERE’S MY GOLD BAG?!?!?!
jumped outta bed. searched the room. nothing is blinging.
my gold bag + 2 phones + coach card wallet all gone. (OUCH!)
3hrs later, we also realised Mr J’s Prada card wallet is gone too. (OUCH! OUCH!)
24 hrs later, i still nvr give up.
i called my phone. it’s still ringing. super weird.
if it was taken by someone, he/she would have switched off the phone.
Mr J then went to check his letterbox.
Everything is in his letterbox!!! Thank God!!
He probably kept everything in his letterbox when he tried to carry the drunk-me from carpark to his lift.
SMART RITE!!

so super high that he would leave everything in letterbox and yet dun remember at all!!!

Jealousy kills.
it happens between colleagues, friends, couples, married couples and relatives.
more than often, jealousy will tip you over to the dark side. lolx.
sometimes, we say we are not jealous. but yes, we do get jealous when it comes to something close to heart.
there’s even songs for jealousy! i like this one particularly.
now dun let the green monster get to you, else you will lose track of your vision.
(i think the reminder is more for myself. i’m a victim of losing track easily. damn!)
Johor Premium Outlets lor.
I’ve been to premium outlets in Brisbane & Gold Coast. The outlets blew me away with good stuff tagged with extremely attractive discounts.
So i ventured to JPO via 2nd link.
It’s actually quite easy to find via 2nd link. Just head over to 2nd link, pass customs and drive straight all the way for about 20mins & exit at exit 304.
Well, it’s exactly like how we see Jaclyn Tay in the JBO advertisement on TV.
Burberry’s mainly 50% off. quite worthwhile to buy PLUS the ringgit conversion. But nah, i didnt get any.
Fossil also quite worthwhile IF you like their style. they are usually leathery style. bohemian-ish.
spent abt 3 hrs (inclusive of lunch) then left to KSL mall in JB.
oh! forgot to conclude:
- i didnt buy anything
- i probably wont go there in the next 3 – 6 mths
Dream Team, the nick given by our deputy director – Ade
It’s been almost 1 yr since she and many others who left the company.
The rest are still playing the ‘Survivor’ game in the company.
Some drowned. Some died of hunger. Some almost let it be.
Why talk abt unhappy things!
anyway, we had a dream team christmas gathering.
it’s nice to see the entire team again (missing a few more ppl)
cuz we are truly deeply madly a dream team.
the bond was exceptionally strong.
me and another dream team member decided to pose for a photo with these old-school slippers.
cheap, comfy plus auto-massage. hehe.
If you have been sitting at your work desk, dinning table or movies with the above posture, pls stop!
Im so badly affected. My entire left shoulder, back & thigh are as stiff as 僵尸。
Only realized this after trying to figure out the root cause of my breaking back and many other problematic areas.
“这样年青就这么多问题” my therapist commented.
So leh, dun follow me. Tell your female frens, colleagues, auntie, ah ma and maids.

Went for my spa the other day. Was lucky to be assigned a china lady who knows abt tui-na.
My injured back from car accident + furniture-moving, aches from time to time.
She gave it such a good rub that I felt like those good old days.
But no more high heels, she cautioned.
Luckily I’m not really high heels sorta girl.
All heels back in cupboard and boxes!!
