Dear friends…

Thank you for the concerns.. that was showered, after my screaming post abt my DAMN JOB.
guess this is the common complaint among a couple of us!

i am supposedly to be RUNNING THE DAMN BIZ UNIT (as claimed by the HIGHER MGT) but
job title – executive
salary level – executive
decision making authority – zero (have to ask the damn higher mgt for a small decision such as wat kind of vouchers to give away!!!)

i should have 3 job titles. 3 namecards.3 salaries!
1. customer service officer cum executive cum manager
2. marketing executive = marketing team = me, just me.
3. account executive
while i do up my marketing plans, i’m constantly being disrupted by customer service HOTLINE.
got mktg idea also become dun have cuz.. kenna disrupted.
take care of operation issues.
beg my manager for her replies.
beg my clients (SG & MY) for their replies.
it juz so happened that all 3 of them are FEMALEs.
i’m not trying to say anything ah.. but look, they are DAMN BUSY ppl to be bothered with EXECUTIVE like me who’s trying darn hard to get promotions going and watever F things.

conclusion:
2 days past, still no details abt the commission that the HIGHER MGT wants to share with me:
to reward me.
to MOTIVATE me.
the best thing is… i only saw my HIGHER MGT gave my colleague a letter confirming her increment!!!!! and me… was juz sitting RITE THERE.
how come they can forget abt me??
then leh.. i gotten ‘good job! very comprehensive report’ and ‘it’s good that you managed to get client to sponsor some premiums for the promotion’
BUT still, they forgot abt rewarding me.
DAMN.

you know.. when i started this blog, i told myself.. nvr to talk abt work.
i broke the damn rule.
juz cant hold all these crap during work..
so the only way is to write, write and write.
