As usual, back to work after CNY = lotsa lohei. This particular restaurant surprised me with Kong Bah Bao! Been a while since I ate this. Rare dish.

Johor Premium Outlets lor.
I’ve been to premium outlets in Brisbane & Gold Coast. The outlets blew me away with good stuff tagged with extremely attractive discounts.
So i ventured to JPO via 2nd link.
It’s actually quite easy to find via 2nd link. Just head over to 2nd link, pass customs and drive straight all the way for about 20mins & exit at exit 304.
Well, it’s exactly like how we see Jaclyn Tay in the JBO advertisement on TV.
Burberry’s mainly 50% off. quite worthwhile to buy PLUS the ringgit conversion. But nah, i didnt get any.
Fossil also quite worthwhile IF you like their style. they are usually leathery style. bohemian-ish.
spent abt 3 hrs (inclusive of lunch) then left to KSL mall in JB.
oh! forgot to conclude:
- i didnt buy anything
- i probably wont go there in the next 3 – 6 mths
If you have been sitting at your work desk, dinning table or movies with the above posture, pls stop!
Im so badly affected. My entire left shoulder, back & thigh are as stiff as 僵尸。
Only realized this after trying to figure out the root cause of my breaking back and many other problematic areas.
“这样年青就这么多问题” my therapist commented.

Other than the usual brolly, u need rain boots. Unfortunately it’s not exactly cool or a norm to wear it in SG. U will be treated like alien.
I kinda regret not buy it when I was in HK. It would have been super useful on such a super mad wet day.
Even my shin-high boots were wet to the brim.

- bank account got inflated! happy yet highly unsatisfied with the incentive. pui.
- work project changes every hour. yes, every hour. pui.
- awful customer service at seafood paradise (the branch at SG flyer)
1. 4 staff at the counter serving 1 group of 4 customers while kept me waiting behind. why do you have 4 staff to begin with, IF you can only serve 1 at 1 time?!
2. waiters and waiteresses who cant speak English
3. waiters and waiteresses who cant take food orders. only CAPTAIN can.
4. Captain cant speak English
5. Captain shakes head before we could even ask what we wanted to ask.
6. Simple splitting of bill into 3 credit cards seemed to be very difficult for them to understand.
i will not visit the SG flyer branch anymore and i will slam them on their facebook page.
- headed home and met with a car accident right before the ERP gantry at Jalan Bahagia.
me and Mr J are not injured (no cuts no broken bones)
but the dear car is badly hit on its ass due to a chain accident.
the last car’s 2 airbags burst! imagine the impact..
my back and neck hurts. after salon-pas-ing, it’s feeling quite alright today!

it’s just a lazy day.
so tried to turn raw food into edible food. (also not done by me cuz i dun know how to cook)
we had soup, curly pasta + potato soup. courtesy of Mr J.
cooking has nvr been my thing.
yes i do cook instant noodles, fried egg but anything else, i follow the book.
but cooking is not something that cant be learned, right?
A good break means no emails, no work calls and peace of mind.
It also includes mad shopping til sian, lazing on e deck chair (like a cat) and top it up with partyyyyy!
This time, I really did a holiday spree!
* Mad shopping + eating @ Taipei
* Mad nua-ing @ Batam
* Mad party @ KL
Hence, a truly holiday spree.
Gonna work real hard + save $$ for the next trip!
Should it be skiing in korea?
Or head over to cebu?
Maybe pattaya?
Now let me dream abt it while I laze on the deck chair.

I should probably write this entry in chinese BUT I won’t have the patience to complete and won’t have enough vocab to complete.
1st, Gong Xi Fa Cai to you, you, you & you!
2nd, as I grow older, CNY is increasingly expensive.
- Got to give red packets to parents & grandparents.
- Got to give $ to buy CNY stuff.
- Got to buy new clothes.
Maybe I should juz go holiday next time.
I dun face much questions from relatives abt my love life so it’s kinda ok.
Wat I do not enjoy doing during CNY, is to do house visiting.
There’s nothing to do except sit, watch tv & eat. Painful for me.
Probably bring a book along to read. (Anyway, my book has been sitting there to be read for a long while)
And then leh, have to do hair, paint nails & blah blah blah.
So ma fan.
Watever the case, it’s still an enjoyable CNY la.
