NOPE.
i think he’s over-rated. extremely over-rated.
he doesnt dance.
he can only charm you with his beautiful melodies & mumbling which is good enough for audio entertainment.
he’s just not meant for visual entertainment.

30 June is the designated date to set the house on fire.
So me & messy missy tham head off to Fort Canning Park to watch the house on fire cuz FIRE HOUSE was in DA house!
yes, they are old school rock.
BUT i’m sure by now, you realised that old school stuff still rock the best.
music these days just doesn’t get that much of an impression anymore.
you might be thinking not much ppl will turn up for such old school stuff
OR they are still promoting tickets until the day itself meant that it was selling badly.
so WRONG! so so WRONG! both of us JAW DROPPED.
it was so so crowded that even when i zoomed to the max, i cant take a good pic.
i became a rock chic chick that night.
enjoyed myself pretty much

2 nights of real entertainment.
define ‘real entertainment’ you may ask.
it meant listening to singers with fantastic voice.
—————————————————-
12 Mar | Adam Lambert
i think i might have found the male Lady Gaga.
i’ve nvr followed any American Idol seasons. Adam didnt trigger much interest personally. but i know he’s good for promotional use.
well, he is truly talented after listening to him.
he sang accoustic but yet sounded like melody!!
his voice is tat powerful.
Adam Lambert | Sleepwalker
Adam Lambert | Down the rabbit hole
this song is looping in my mind.
oh, i also lub the way he shake his booty.
Then i went to watch rabbit >> Alice in wonderland (2D)
other than the white queen (Anne Hathaway) who is exceptionally white, hatter (johnny depp) has really really GOOD makeup!
the night didnt end after watching rabbit.
DBL O | we went to ppl-watch / exercise / laugh our heads off.
why DBL O u ask?
1. it’s cheap to drink
2. wanted to walk down memory lane
3. to do young-ppl-watching
—————————————————————–
13 Mar | Mr Rock, Jam Hsiao
it wasnt in my interest to watch him too. anyway, went in the end.
was given a pair of super good pair of tickets.
ROW 1 (ONE)
my 1st time seated this near. i cant be any nearer liao.
i was seated row 3 for Gary Cao which was already breath-taking.
can you imagine me this time?
did i mention that his parents were seated right behind me?!
OMG OMG OMG OMG.
now, can you tell HOW CLOSE I AM TO HIM from the photos???
of course, i also learnt some ‘new’ chinese songs whenever i go to chinese concerts.
he crooned L.O.V.E on piano as one of the finale songs. i melted.
anyway, i’ve picked my personal favs from all the songs he sang tonight to share with you.
寂寞还是你
原諒我
Say a lil something
Lastly, he DANCED. *YES!*
he was smiling @ himself while he do his dancing to 72bian, Nobody & Ai de bao bao. soo funny la..
i have to say he did put in his effort to make the concert interesting!
GOOD JOB, JAM!

Happy Together is a Korean variety show where they invite artists to sit in a suana to just talk & have fun.
similar to da ge da entertainment.
watched it on Thurs night where Kim Jong guk, Lee Seang gi, Gain & Narsha from Brown Eyed Girls and Shorry (no idea who) were invited.

anyway, now’s the korean wave so let me introduce some to you? maybe you are already listening to them.
Girl Generation | oh!
just another catchy tune i like..
bunch of SYT.
Kim Jong Guk | Dont be too good to me
This guy is like gentle giant.
giant in size but gentle voice. =)
Brown Eyed Girls | Sign
sponsored their event on 27 Feb @ Zouk.
Made me run after them to get a photo with them. yes i really RAN. from members corner to the valet point outside. gosh. got me totally irritated.

I spent many hours travelling on the roads in Aussie so the only music source was the radio.
Be it Brisbane, Gold Coast or Melbourne, they all had this common radio station – Nova Music.
you may or may not know that music is a very impt item in my daily life.
i cant function well without music.
my ears are so sensitive to music that i can listen to 2 different songs at the same time.
this radio station practically looped the songs over and over again.
totally got on my nerves!
i can recall so clearly this day 28, last month July.
i could almost sing Lovegame by Lady Gaga!!
i also recall that:
- i was so fake.
- last conversation which marks the end.
- surpressed emotions silenced me thereafter.
Anyway, just wanted to share the songs with all. *try putting them in a loop* hehe

A Love That Will Last – Renee Olstead
a conversation with colleague
“your 1st r/s is 5yrs?”
“yes”
“do you realise that the next one just gets shorter and shorter?”
“yes”
“why?”
“guess things were much much simpler and manageable when we were young. less expectations. less things to argue about.”
Lolli thoughts: “where to find a love that will last? note: marriage doesnt equate to love”
