i have to say, for an artist with only ONE album,
she has done exceptionally well in terms of CD sales and 1st concert tour!

she. Duffy.
reminds me of Audrey Hephurn.
high beehive hair + red high heels + tight knee length skirt.

the stage was simple. just a word > Duffy

BUT…. it became a sea of stars when lighted.

she rocked the audience with an unique voice.

concert was just 1 hr.

he serenaded me with “You and i both”
then i fell in love with Jason Mraz, not the designer (if u are thinking abt it)

saw him performed live at SingFest 2008. GORGEOUS!
he rocked the whole park…& me.

when i had 1st hand info that he’s gonna have a concert in SG, i already knew that response will be overwhelmed.
true enough, tickets were sold out within 1st few hours.
come on, it’s jason mraz man!

the concert was AWESOME.
it’s the 1st concert that i’ve been to, which the ENTIRE HALL stood up!
all the 8K seats were filled to the brim!

Ah Mei concert was one that i’m sure that i’ll be WOWed! True enough..
it was a 4-sided stage..

not easy to handle but she did very very well..

what’s best – i was seated juz 6 rows to the stage!!
could see her on the TV screens placed especially for us as well as on stage..

she ended the concert in a BANG! with a simple song..姐妹

loved her accoustic version of 原来你什么都不想要..
one song that brought me back to my younger days – 给我感觉
me and my pals auditioned for teachers’ day with this song.. but didnt passed! haha

but then leh, again, i went with a WRONG partner. DAMN!

it’s really traffic jam @ armenien street!
road was closed to cars but open to human traffic!!

the entrance to this traffic jam was pretty cool..
why?
they made all walk through the car wash station! too bad i didnt have a pic to show..

nonetheless, there was a huge crowd!
we had some local bands in the lineup..
followed by, of course, the limelight of the night was DAUGHTRY!
yup.. the American Idol winner!!!!
