Unfit. period.

for the job of a customer service officer.
customers think we owe them 100 million bucks.
i also think they owe us 100 million bucks.
this is bad.
bad for customers.
bad for me.
i’m losing my patience with CS. jialat.
better find some help asap. cannot take it liao..
side-note to myself: how come i’m doing CS huh?
my job scope doesnt include CS at all.
even though, i’m the ‘account mgr’ for my client.
it meant that i’m to oversee the whole operations and not handle them myself. rite?
is this the definition of ‘account executive’?
or perhaps i shld change my job title to ‘marketing/account executive/customer service officer’

I think most jobs now require some form of CS skills. ok maybe let me rephrase, its human relation skills. Anyway back to the CS issue… I think most locals dun appreciate good service, they rarely praise you when you did something right, cos they feel that we’re oblidged to do so. But when we make mistakes… hahaha thats it!! They’ll make lotsa noise and some even seize the opportunity to exploit… like that how to motivate us to provide good service??
